How does Aster work?
You schedule a task reminder by sending a simple message or audio on WhatsApp, or by configuring it via the web dashboard. At the scheduled time, our system automatically sends the personalized message or audio to your WhatsApp. Our Artificial Intelligence interprets everything in natural language — no special commands, no complications. Just write as you would to a friend.
How long does it take to set up?
Less than 2 minutes. Just log in with Google, register your WhatsApp number in the dashboard, and create your first reminder — the AI starts working for you. No need to download any app, create any complicated account, or configure notifications. It's fast, practical, and straight to the point.
Do I need to install any app?
No! Aster works 100% via WhatsApp and the web dashboard. If you already have WhatsApp installed on your phone and know how to open conversations and listen to audios, you are ready to use it. There is no separate app to download. The control panel is accessed via your phone or computer browser.
Is it hard to use?
If you know how to send a message on WhatsApp, you know how to use Aster. Zero learning curve. No need to install anything, no need to learn any special commands — just write in natural language. Our AI understands phrases like "remind me to take my medicine tomorrow at 8am" or "I spent 50 on ifood yesterday". People of all ages use it without difficulty.
Does Aster work on simple phones?
Yes. If the phone has WhatsApp installed, it works. It doesn't need to be a new smartphone or require tech skills. Since everything happens directly on WhatsApp, any device compatible with the app is sufficient — whether Android or iPhone, new or old.
What if it doesn't work for my case?
Our users use it for meds, bills, household tasks, grocery shopping, meetings, birthdays, expense tracking, and even to remember where they put things. If it works on WhatsApp, it works on Aster. Plus, you get a 7-day free trial with no credit card required.
Features
What types of reminders can I create?
You can create reminders for any task in your routine: medications, bill payments, meetings, daily tasks, grocery shopping, birthdays of family and friends, medical appointments, and anything else you need to remember. Reminders can be one-time (a specific date), daily, on specific days of the week, on specific days of the month, or at custom intervals (every X days).
How does reminder creation via message work?
Just send a regular message to our number on WhatsApp, for example: "Remind me to pay the electricity bill on the 10th at 9am" or "Daily reminder to drink water at 10am and 4pm". Our Artificial Intelligence understands the text and schedules everything automatically. You can also send audios — the AI transcribes and interprets them the same way. Later, the reminder appears in your dashboard where you can edit, pause, or delete it at any time.
How many reminders can I create?
Unlimited! Create as many reminders as you want — meds, bills, meetings, birthdays, tasks... with no quantity limit. All plans offer unlimited reminders. The only difference between plans is the number of profiles (WhatsApp numbers) you can monitor simultaneously.
What is the financial mode and how does it work?
It's a practical and fast way to track your expenses and income directly via WhatsApp. You send messages like "I spent 50 reais on ifood" or "I paid 30 for uber" and our AI interprets the message, logs the amount, date, and category of the expense automatically. You can check your expenses by period, by category, ask for summaries, and even compare months. In the dashboard, you set budgets by category (with automatic alerts when reaching 80% and 100%) and financial goals. It is also possible to export full reports in PDF and CSV.
Can I use it for someone else, like my mother or grandfather?
Yes! This is one of the most popular uses of Aster. You can configure reminders for the WhatsApp number of anyone — your parents, grandparents, spouse, or any family member. Many users use Aster to organize the medication routine of an elderly relative, for example. Just register the person's number as a profile in your dashboard. Depending on your plan, you can monitor up to 3 different people.
Can I share reminders and lists with family members?
Yes! If you subscribe to a plan that allows multiple profiles (like Plus or Premium), you can use the web dashboard to grant specific permissions to each profile. This way, you can share shopping lists, delegate tasks, or allow another person to receive the reminder alerts configured by you. Each profile receives only what you authorize.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
We apply privacy and security controls in line with the LGPD. Sensitive structured data such as reminders, financial records, lists, and memories is encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Essential service providers may process data only to operate contracted features, under access controls and data-protection obligations.
Is my WhatsApp secure?
Yes, completely. We use the official WhatsApp API (Meta Cloud API), which means we do not have access to your other conversations, photos, groups, or any personal data from your WhatsApp. The interaction happens exclusively through the Aster conversation — like any other normal conversation you have on WhatsApp.
Are my files and documents secure?
Files travel over secure connections and are kept in private storage with controlled access. Associated information, such as file names, tags, and AI metadata, receives additional protection in the database. Authorized systems and contracted processing services need to process file contents to create summaries, index them, run semantic search, and deliver files on request. This means content is not technically inaccessible to Aster: authorized personnel may access it in exceptional operational situations, only when required for support, security, or service operation.
Plans & Payment
What are the available plans?
Plans start from $12.90/month (Basic plan, 1 profile). We also offer the Plus plan ($22.90/month, 2 profiles) and Premium ($32.90/month, 3 profiles). All plans are without loyalty — cancel at any time with one click, no fines or bureaucracy.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you create your account, you get 7 days of free trial to use all Aster features without any restriction. No credit card required. If you like it, you choose a plan to continue at the end of the trial.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the control panel with just 1 click, no fines, fees, or bureaucracy. There is no minimum loyalty. Upon canceling, you continue to have access until the end of the period already paid.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No! Signup is 100% free and requires no payment info or credit card. You test for 7 days with zero risk.
How do I change my plan?
If you want to change your current plan (upgrade or downgrade), just send an email to contato@getaster.co informing us of the desired plan. Our team will make the change for you. Soon, this functionality will be available directly from the control panel.
