Terms of Use

1. Provider and acceptance

Aster provides the service available at getaster.co and related channels. Contact: contato@getaster.co.

If you disagree, do not use the service. Checkout terms, the selected offer, Privacy Policy and Affiliate Terms where applicable are incorporated. Mandatory law prevails.

2. Eligibility, account and third parties

You must be at least 18 and able to contract. Keep your authentication and AI service account, device and session secure, provide accurate data and report unauthorized access.

By entering another person's profile, phone, birthday, reminder or file, you confirm proper authority and legal basis and accept responsibility for linked-profile permissions.

3. Service scope

• One-time and recurring WhatsApp reminders, including tasks, medication and birthdays.
• Personal finance records, recurrences, categories, budgets, goals, insights and PDF/CSV exports.
• Lists, authorized sharing, memories and object locations.
• File upload, AI analysis, semantic search, download and temporary public links.
• Dashboard, authentication, email, support, free trial, regional subscriptions and affiliates.

4. AI and human review

AI interprets language, extracts and categorizes data, transcribes audio, analyzes files, answers, translates and generates content using vendors named in the Privacy Policy.

AI can misread names, dates, amounts, recurrence or documents. Review confirmations and the dashboard. Never rely on Aster alone for medical, financial, legal, safety-critical or urgent decisions.

5. WhatsApp and communications

messaging service operates WhatsApp under its own terms. Delivery and timing depend on messaging service, connectivity, device settings, valid numbers, queues and rate limits.

You authorize essential service notices. Marketing can be unsubscribed. "PARE" disables the WhatsApp profile flow but does not automatically cancel billing or erase the account.

6. Plans, trial and limits

Aster may offer a 7-day no-card trial as displayed. Trial eligibility may be limited for abuse prevention.

Basic, Plus and Premium generally allow 1, 2 and 3 profiles. File, message, download and abuse-control limits also apply; the checkout offer controls.

Pricing varies by region. Using a VPN, proxy, IP masking or spoofing, artificial location, phone, identity or false information to obtain a rate lower than the one applicable to the country code of the registered WhatsApp number is strictly prohibited. Mismatches between region, currency, location and country code may lead to review, billing correction, deactivation, suspension or cancellation and interruption of messages and access.

7. Billing and renewal

payment processor processes card payments and may collect name, address and tax ID. Monthly or annual subscriptions auto-renew until canceled; taxes, exchange rates and issuer fees may affect totals.

Plan changes may be prorated and invoiced immediately. Payment failure or chargeback may restrict access. Future price changes will follow reasonable notice and applicable law; promotions may have separate conditions.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Dashboard cancellation schedules the subscription to end after the paid period. Account deletion attempts immediate cancellation. Verify the confirmation.

For the initial subscription purchase, the user may request a full refund within 7 calendar days after the first charge. Example: if charged on June 1, the request may be submitted through June 8 at 11:59 p.m. Brasília time.

Requests must be emailed to contato@getaster.co. Approved refunds will be submitted for processing within 10 business days; the date funds become available also depends on the payment method and issuing institution.

The 7-day guarantee applies only to the first subscription charge. Automatic renewals are non-refundable, and cancellation does not generate a prorated refund for a period already started unless mandatory law or an express offer provides otherwise.

There is no paid amount to refund during a free trial. Requests linked to fraud, offer abuse, regional manipulation or a breach of these Terms may be denied, without limiting non-waivable statutory rights.

9. Files and user content

You retain ownership and grant Aster a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, technically copy, transform, AI-analyze, index, transmit and display content only to operate and improve the service, follow instructions, secure it and comply with law.

Anyone with a share token and optional password may access a shared file. Keep independent backups; Aster is not your only archival copy.

10. Prohibited use

• Illegal, infringing, invasive, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, dangerous, spam, malware or phishing activity.
• Unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering or evasion of authentication, security, rate limits, quotas, regional pricing or billing.
• Unnecessary secrets, credentials or highly sensitive content, unauthorized third-party data, mass automation, resale or sublicensing without written approval.

11. Intellectual property

Aster software, brand, design and service content belong to Aster or licensors. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license while your account is active.

You retain your content. We may use feedback without payment, without exposing private content beyond what is necessary.

12. Affiliates

Referral links may attribute a signup for up to 30 days and generate commission after an eligible payment. Affiliates see referral metrics, not private user content.

Affiliates also accept the Affiliate Program Terms. Commissions may be held 45 days and adjusted for refunds, fraud or chargebacks; payouts are currently handled manually through affiliate payout method.

13. Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend or terminate for breach, security risk, fraud, abuse, nonpayment, legal order, pricing manipulation or harm. Where reasonable and allowed, we provide notice and an appeal channel.

Export desired data before closing. Some records survive as described in the Privacy Policy; payment, IP, liability, evidence and dispute provisions survive when appropriate.

14. Availability and third parties

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, exact-time delivery, error-free AI, universal file compatibility or indefinite preservation. Features may be maintained, replaced or discontinued.

Failures at messaging service, authentication and AI service, transcription service, payment processor, managed database service, object storage service, managed cache and search infrastructure, cache and queue service, email service, networks or devices can affect service. No SLA applies unless agreed in writing.

15. Medical, financial and emergency notices

Medication reminders are organizational aids, not medical devices, diagnosis, prescriptions or clinical monitoring. Confirm instructions with professionals and use official emergency services.

Finance features are not banking, accounting, tax, investment or financial advice. Verify values and decisions; Aster does not move money or access bank accounts to execute transactions.

16. Liability

Each party remains responsible for direct harm it causes under applicable law. To the fullest lawful extent, Aster is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, AI-based decisions, delayed messages, user content, third-party acts or losses avoidable by reasonable backup.

Nothing excludes non-waivable consumer rights, intentional misconduct, applicable gross-negligence rules or statutory data-protection duties. Any contractual cap is interpreted proportionately and lawfully.

17. Privacy and security

Data processing follows the Privacy Policy. Security controls reduce risk but do not make Aster invulnerable or end-to-end encrypted.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms for legal, technical, security or business changes. The current date will be published; material changes are communicated when required or appropriate, and renewed consent will be requested where law requires it.

19. Law and disputes

Brazilian law applies without removing mandatory protections in the consumer's location. Contact us first at contato@getaster.co. Jurisdiction follows applicable law, including the consumer's home forum where available.

20. General

Invalidity of one term does not invalidate the rest; delay is not waiver. These Terms, the purchased offer, Privacy Policy and specific terms form the applicable agreement.
