1. Identification
The Aster service ("Platform", "we", "our") accessible via getaster.co and associated domains.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all features of the Platform, including the website, dashboard, WhatsApp notifications, and related services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, starting a trial, or subscribing to any paid Aster plan, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
By accepting these Terms on behalf of third parties, you declare you have authorization to do so and accept full responsibility for their compliance.
3. Description of Service
Aster is an automated WhatsApp reminder and AI expense tracking platform designed to help users organize their daily routines and personal finances.
The service provides, depending on your selected plan:
- Task reminder dispatch with natural text/voice messages on WhatsApp;
- Automatic expense logging and AI categorization;
- Web dashboard to manage tasks, schedules, and financial history;
- Consolidated financial PDF reports;
- Support via WhatsApp.
Aster is a tool for personal organization and expense tracking; users maintain full responsibility for all decisions and routines entered on the platform.
4. Eligibility & Registration
4.1. To use Aster, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
4.2. You are responsible for providing truthful, accurate, and current information upon registration. Aster reserves the right to suspend accounts with false details.
4.3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
4.4. Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access at [email protected].
5. Plans, Subscription & Payments
5.1. Trial Periods. Aster may offer promotional evaluation periods as specified during sign-up.
5.2. Billing. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) via credit card or approved payment methods processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
5.3. Plan Changes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime; price adjustments apply to the next billing cycle.
5.4. Non-Payment. In case of payment failure, retry attempts will occur. Continued failure may result in temporary account suspension.
5.5. Pricing. Aster reserves the right to adjust plan rates with a 30-day email notice.
6. Refund Policy
6.1. Refund Rights. Users are entitled to a 100% full refund within 7 calendar days of the initial subscription purchase (unconditional guarantee).
Example: If charged on June 1st, refund requests are accepted through June 8th until 11:59 PM.
6.2. Request Process. Request refunds by emailing [email protected].
6.3. Processing. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
6.4. Renewals. The 7-day refund policy applies strictly to initial subscriptions. Automatic renewals are non-refundable.
6.5. Free Trial. No refunds apply during free trial periods.
6.6. Abuse. Refunds will be denied in instances of fraudulent account activity.
7. Cancellation
7.1. Cancel anytime via dashboard or email at [email protected].
7.2. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not provide pro-rated refunds outside the 7-day guarantee window.
7.3. Service access continues until the end of the current paid period.
8. Usage License
8.1. We grant a personal, non-transferable, revocable license.
8.2. Prohibited actions: copying, modifying, unauthorized commercial use, reverse engineering, or using scrapers/bots.
8.3. License terminates upon breach of these Terms.
9. Disclaimer — Reminders & Financial Tools

Aster is a personal organizational tool and does not constitute professional financial advice.
9.1. We are not liable for financial loss, late fee penalties, missed appointments, or errors resulting from technical failures or WhatsApp/network outages.
9.2. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of entered data and expense reports before making financial decisions.
10. Availability & Quality
10.1. Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed; delivery depends on third parties (Meta, ISP networks).
10.2. Maintenance may occur with or without prior notice.
10.3. WhatsApp is a third-party service outside our control.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages.
11.2. Total cumulative liability shall not exceed amounts paid by the user in the preceding 3 months.
11.3. Consumer rights under local law remain unaffected.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1. All content, logos, branding, and code are exclusive property of Aster.
12.2. Platform usage transfers no ownership rights.
13. User Conduct
13.1. Prohibited: false information, illegal activities, security tampering, account sharing.
13.2. Aster reserves the right to suspend non-compliant accounts immediately.
14. Privacy
14.1. Data is processed in compliance with privacy regulations. See Privacy Policy for details.
14.2. Usage implies consent for the stated operational purposes.
14.3. Financial and reminder data receive strict encryption controls.
15. Communications
15.1. You agree to receive essential transactional emails and messages.
15.2. Marketing messages are optional and can be disabled.
16. Modifications to Terms
16.1. Terms may be updated with 15 days notice.
16.2. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
17. Term & Termination
17.1. Effective as long as an active account exists.
17.2. We may terminate accounts for violation or fraud.
17.3. Liability and IP clauses survive termination.
18. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
18.1. Governed by applicable local laws of operation.
18.2. Jurisdiction determined by applicable consumer protection laws.
19. General Provisions
19.1. Invalidity of one clause does not affect remaining terms.
19.2. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
19.3. Constitutes full agreement between parties.
