ये शर्तें Aster वेबसाइट, dashboard, WhatsApp assistant, AI, file storage, subscriptions और related features पर लागू हैं। Account बनाकर या सेवा उपयोग करके आप इन शर्तों और गोपनीयता नीति से सहमत होते हैं।
1. प्रदाता और स्वीकृति
Aster getaster.co और संबंधित channels पर सेवा देता है। संपर्क: contato@getaster.co।
असहमति होने पर उपयोग न करें। Checkout, खरीदी गई offer, Privacy Policy और लागू Affiliate Terms agreement का हिस्सा हैं; mandatory law सर्वोपरि है।
2. पात्रता, account और third parties
आप कम-से-कम 18 वर्ष के और contract करने में सक्षम हों। authentication and AI service account, device और session सुरक्षित रखें, सही डेटा दें और unauthorized access बताएं।
दूसरे व्यक्ति का profile, phone, birthday, reminder या file जोड़कर आप उचित अनुमति/legal basis और linked-profile permissions की जिम्मेदारी स्वीकार करते हैं।
3. सेवा का दायरा
- WhatsApp पर one-time और recurring reminders।
- Personal finance, budgets, goals, insights और PDF/CSV।
- Lists, memories और object locations।
- Files, AI analysis, semantic search, download और temporary links।
- Dashboard, authentication, email, support, trial, regional subscriptions और affiliates।
Features plan, region, provider, file format और messaging service approval पर निर्भर हैं और बदल सकते हैं।
4. AI और human review
AI Privacy Policy में बताए providers से language समझता, data निकालता/categorize करता, audio transcribe, files analyze, answer और translate करता है।
AI नाम, तारीख, राशि, recurrence या documents गलत समझ सकता है। सब जाँचें और medical, financial, legal, safety या urgent decisions के लिए केवल Aster पर निर्भर न रहें।
5. WhatsApp और communication
messaging service WhatsApp चलाता है और उसके अपने terms लागू हैं। Delivery messaging service, network, device, number, queues और rate limits पर निर्भर है।
आप essential notices स्वीकार करते हैं; marketing unsubscribe किया जा सकता है। "PARE" billing cancel या account erase अपने-आप नहीं करता।
6. Plans, trial और limits
दिखाए जाने पर 7-day no-card trial मिल सकता है; abuse रोकने के लिए eligibility सीमित हो सकती है।
Basic, Plus और Premium सामान्यतः 1, 2 और 3 profiles देते हैं; technical limits भी लागू हैं और checkout offer नियंत्रक है।
Registered WhatsApp number के country code पर लागू दर से कम कीमत पाने के लिए VPN, proxy, IP masking/spoofing, कृत्रिम location, phone, identity या झूठी जानकारी का उपयोग सख्त वर्जित है। Region, currency, location और country code में अंतर होने पर review, billing correction, account deactivation, suspension या cancellation और messages/access रोके जा सकते हैं।
Regional pricing को bypass करने के लिए VPN या अन्य mechanism का उपयोग इन Terms का उल्लंघन है और contractual refund eligibility समाप्त कर सकता है। Applicable law के non-waivable rights सुरक्षित रहते हैं।
7. Billing और renewal
payment processor card payment process करता और name, address, tax ID माँग सकता है। Monthly/annual subscriptions cancellation तक auto-renew होते हैं; tax, exchange और bank fees total बदल सकते हैं।
Plan change prorated होकर तुरंत invoice हो सकता है। Payment failure/chargeback access रोक सकता है। Price changes reasonable notice और law का पालन करेंगे।
8. Cancellation और Refund Policy
Dashboard cancellation paid period के अंत पर subscription समाप्त करने को schedule करती है; account deletion तत्काल cancel करने की कोशिश करती है। Confirmation जाँचें।
पहली subscription purchase पर user पहली charge की तारीख से 7 calendar days के भीतर full refund माँग सकता है। उदाहरण: 1 June को charge होने पर request 8 June को Brasília time रात 11:59 बजे तक भेजी जा सकती है।
Request contato@getaster.co पर भेजें। Approved refund को 10 business days के भीतर processing के लिए भेजा जाएगा; रकम उपलब्ध होने का समय payment method और issuing institution पर भी निर्भर है।
7-day guarantee केवल पहली subscription charge पर लागू है। Automatic renewals refundable नहीं हैं और cancellation से शुरू हो चुके period का prorated refund नहीं मिलता, जब तक mandatory law या express offer अन्यथा न कहे।
Free trial में paid amount नहीं होता, इसलिए refund नहीं है। Fraud, offer abuse, regional manipulation या इन Terms के breach से जुड़ी request अस्वीकार हो सकती है, लेकिन non-waivable statutory rights सीमित नहीं होंगे।
यह policy applicable law के cooling-off right या अन्य mandatory consumer protection को सीमित नहीं करती।
9. Files और content
Content के अधिकार आपके हैं। आप Aster को सेवा चलाने, सुधारने, सुरक्षित रखने और कानून मानने के लिए host, technical copy, transform, AI-analyze, index, transmit और display करने की limited, non-exclusive worldwide license देते हैं।
Share token और optional password वाला व्यक्ति file पा सकता है। महत्वपूर्ण सामग्री का independent backup रखें।
10. निषिद्ध उपयोग
- Illegal, infringing, invasive, fraudulent, abusive, dangerous, spam, malware या phishing activity।
- Unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering या security, limits, region और billing bypass।
- अनावश्यक secrets, unauthorized third-party data, mass automation, resale या बिना लिखित अनुमति sublicensing।
11. बौद्धिक संपदा
Aster software, brand और design Aster/licensors के हैं। Active account के दौरान personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license मिलती है।
आप अपना content रखते हैं; feedback बिना payment उपयोग हो सकता है, अनावश्यक private disclosure के बिना।
12. Affiliates
Referral 30 दिन तक signup attribute कर सकता और eligible payment पर commission बना सकता है; affiliate private content नहीं देखता।
Affiliate Program Terms भी लागू हैं। Commission 45 दिन hold और refund/fraud/chargeback से adjust हो सकती है; payouts वर्तमान में affiliate payout method से manual हैं।
13. Suspension और termination
Breach, security risk, fraud, abuse, nonpayment, legal order या pricing manipulation पर हम limit/suspend/terminate कर सकते हैं; उचित होने पर reason और appeal channel देंगे।
Close करने से पहले export करें। Privacy Policy के अनुसार कुछ records रह सकते हैं।
14. Availability और providers
Continuous operation, exact delivery, error-free AI, universal compatibility या indefinite preservation guaranteed नहीं है। Features maintain, replace या discontinue हो सकते हैं।
messaging service, authentication and AI service, transcription service, payment processor, managed database service, object storage service, managed cache and search infrastructure, cache and queue service, email service, network या device failures सेवा को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं। Written agreement के बिना SLA नहीं है।
15. Health, finance और emergency
Medication reminders medical device, diagnosis, prescription या monitoring नहीं हैं। Professional से पुष्टि करें और emergency में official services उपयोग करें।
Finance features banking, accounting, tax या investment advice नहीं हैं। Values जाँचें; Aster पैसे नहीं चलाता या bank account transactions execute नहीं करता।
16. Liability
हर party applicable law के तहत अपने direct harm की जिम्मेदार है। Law की सीमा तक Aster indirect loss, lost profit, AI decisions, delays, third-party acts या backup से टल सकने वाले loss के लिए liable नहीं है।
Non-waivable consumer rights, intentional misconduct, applicable gross-negligence rules या statutory data-protection duties exclude नहीं होते।
17. Privacy और security
Processing Privacy Policy के अनुसार है। Security controls risk घटाते हैं, पर Aster invulnerable या end-to-end encrypted नहीं है।
18. बदलाव
Legal, technical, security या business कारणों से terms बदल सकते हैं। Date publish होगी, material changes उचित होने पर बताए जाएँगे और law मांगने पर नई consent ली जाएगी।
19. कानून और विवाद
Brazilian law लागू है, consumer के स्थान की mandatory protection हटाए बिना। पहले contato@getaster.co से संपर्क करें। Jurisdiction applicable law के अनुसार होगी।
20. सामान्य
एक clause invalid होने पर बाकी बने रहते हैं; delay waiver नहीं है। ये Terms, offer, Privacy Policy और specific terms applicable agreement बनाते हैं।
